Good product but follow instructions
I have tired ALL the other neck cream and I do feel like this one is the best although nothing will tighten and lift loose skin unfortunately. It is important to read the instructions. You turn the roller to "on" and roll it on. Some said they had trouble dispensing the right amount of product but I never had this issue. You then turn the roller to "off" and continue to roll upwards. You do have to keep your neck raised until the product dries so you can't be in a hurry!

Don't See Effectiveness
I've been using every night for 3 weeks and haven't seen any difference. I'm going to continue to use and see if anything improves, but can't say this is worth the money yet. I'll update my review if I start to see changes!

I was excited to try this new product but I have trouble getting the perfect amount to come out. The applicator is odd - you squeeze the tube and product comes out then you roll it on your neck (once the product is on neck you should turn the applicator to off, then keep rolling until product is worked in). Unfortunately I end up squeezing too much out then I feel like it never properly absorbs into my skin - later on I notice flakiness, which is dried product. While I do feel a tightening on my neck once product is dry, I cannot buy another tube until the dispenser is changed.
