This is the best cleanser I've ever used! It feels so nice and does a wonderful job cleaning! I have to use makeup remover on my eyes or any heavy foundations but this does a wonderful job after that.

Very good cleanser but didn’t get all of my makeup off. Now, I clean first with Cerave foaming cleanser to remove my makeup then follow up with the Elta cleanser! I like using this cleanser because it calms my Rosacea and leaves a nice smooth finish!

Gentle cleanser that smells nice
This is my 2nd bottle of it. I didn't use it correctly during my 1st bottle, so didn't think too highly of it. But, I read the instructions carefully this time, and it made a huge difference! Follow the instructions, and you'll get fine milky foams (like micro-foam in a latte, not big bubbles) wrapping on your face that cleanses gently and feels so nice! I feel like there''s also a gentle exfoliating effect if you let the foam sit on your face for 30 seconds. It's gentle (enzyme based) and smells super refreshing. It also lasts a long time as a little goes a long way.

Still on the fence with this
I am a huge fan of SkinCeuticals and EltaMD products (have used both for years). I wanted to try a less expensive face wash, so I ordered this. The bottle is really huge, so it will go a long way for sure. It smells good, so I was worried it might break me out, but it didn't. Sadly, I just don't feel like this cleans my face entirely. I always use toner after I wash my face, and with this, I still see quite a bit of makeup on my face pad. It's nice and does the job for a fairly inexpensive price, but if you are looking for that squeaky clean feel and having every last drop of makeup removed, not sure this is the best cleanser.

A ph-neutral cleanser that removes my sunscreen (Elta UV clear). I use one pump every night if I have applied sunscreen. It takes some time to foam up. It does not make my skin too dry (combination skin), but I wish it can be a little bit more gentle. I will keep on using it.
