I must have missed the refill part as this arrived with soft cover & plastic shield over color. I don’t know if there is an actual compact for this refill. I do know the color is true to the color on the web site so I’m very happy about that. Also, the consistency is easily spreadable. I would look in earnest the next time for compact

I tried the sheer metallic gold cream. I use it as an everyday base eyeshadow. It is just a little something happening, but not shiny.
