Its hard to find a brow comb that isnt scratchy, but this is one of the softest spoolies Ive owned in a long time. The end is nice and tapered, and the bristles are firm enough to comb through my brow hairs and make them look more groomed. I recommend using this after applying brow powder, to spread out the product and make it look more natural. Ill also be using this to separate my lashes after applying mascara. <3
