The best base I have ever used
My dermatologist recommended this base many years ago and it is the best base I have ever used. It's easy to apply, not too heavy and not too light. I have combination skin and it doesn't leave my skin oily. I bought a brush to apply it with and like that better than the pad that comes with it. Great product!!

Not the Same Color
I used Glo Minerals loose mineral makeup for years. They quit making it and changed to pressed base. I used Beige Dark and ordered the same in the pressed base. It is not even close in color. Be aware of color change.

Pressed Base
The new look is glamorous, but the original container is lighter and easier to open. The original pressed base also had a lot less loose powder left behind after use and was easy to keep clean and lot less waste. Keep the new name but leave the old product and container.

Nice Product for Sensitive Skin!
I have super sensitive skin (rosacea) and am very limited in the facial products I can use. This mineral makeup provides excellent coverage and does not irritate. As a bonus, it also provides 17 SPF. If I'm going to be out and about for a short period of time, I just use moisturizer and this mineral makeup. If I'm going to be out longer, I will add a mineral sunscreen over this and it layers nicely.

Decent alternative makeup choice
I usually use a heavier liquid foundation to cover acne scars, but I am trying to use healthier alternatives, so I decided to give Glo a try. The color didn't match well, but that's user error. With blending and layers, the coverage was pretty decent. It didn't cover completely, but it smoothed everything fairly well–enough for me to feel confident to go out in public. My only complaint is that my face got really shiny halfway through the day, and I have to reapply a layer a couple of times to last me until the evening. I use this as my weekend chill makeup.

A makeup bag essential
This is the only makeup I use for my face. I love that it's a "buildable" foundation powder. I can add more to areas I need more coverage and just do a light dusting to areas I don't. If you don't like liquid foundation, but still want powder coverage you can control, this is it.
