Somewhat disappointed

I read all the reviews before purchasing but found where most customers had very soft skin after using, my skin felt dry & not smooth. In all honesty, I live in the desert Arizona, & it takes a lot to get my skin soft & hydrated. I am now using this product in the shower for my arms & legs, so all is not lost. Will not buy again
