Prior to making this purchase, I have suffered from heat break outs. Horrible experiences to where my skin will either develop bumps that looked like a rash clumped together or would burn like had some form of burning that appeared. Sunscreen alone didn’t work and doctors will always ruin out that it was not allergy related. Autoimmune Skin Rashes Reduced!
As a patient with autoimmune challenges (Lupus/Sjogren's Syndrome) I have experienced frequent skin rashes, even when I use a sunscreen. My dermatologist suggest Heliocare. While I try to stay out of the sun, I feel that the times I have been out and about longer than my applied sunscreen would have protected me, the Heliocare did. If I know I will be outside for the whole day, I will take one in the morning and one mid afternoon. Otherwise I just take one a day.
