So I would not say this product is bad, I am just not sure if it is necessary. Since there is no melatonin in it, it definitely wont help you sleep or stay asleep. With that being said however, the fact that there is magnesium in there and is one of the highlight ingredients it will help to relax the muscles and help them recover overnight. It also has some other beneficial ingredients as well. So if you are looking for something that will help you sleep when you cant, or to stay asleep then this is not for you. If you are looking for a nighttime supplement with beneficial ingredients to help your body recover over night then this might be it.

Good night sleep and wake up fresh and calm
It was a long searching for a “perfect” sleeping pill for me. Most of them contains Melatonin which I don’t like how it does to my mood the next morning. Let me make it short about my sleeping habit. I would not sleep till 4:30 am. This was how serious I was. One day, I decided to give this a try just because of the packaging only. The first night, I took one pill at 9:00 pm and I remember I could fall a sleep within half an hour. I woke up at 2:00 am then at 3:00 am, I felt a sleep again. Woke up feeling fresh and calm and ready for the day. The second night, took one pill, took at 9:00 pm, felt a sleep at around 9:30 pm, no wake up during the night at all, woke up at 6:30 am feeling fresh and so calm. I woke up even before the alarm rang. Best of the best, I really like the feeling of calmness, freshness, and coolness in my head. The best part, you know when u had a good night sleep, your skin will glow the next day you wake up.

This is very expensive, so I expected it to work. I took one capsule before bedtime for a week. It did not really help me get a goodnight sleep. I tried 2 capsules and the result is the same. I'm glad it works for other people. Sad that it did not work for me.
