Helps a little
I can tell a bit of difference with this product, stress level has been a bit overloaded this year so I cannot say this worked like magic for me. Subtle easing of tension. For the price of this product it did not perform as well as I had hoped.

This is very expensive, so I expected it to work. I took one capsule before bedtime for a week. It did not really help me get a goodnight sleep. I tried 2 capsules and the result is the same. I'm glad it works for other people. Sad that it did not work for me.
