Very nice light base
I've used this base for about five years now. The color match is good, it's light and you can reapply if you need a touch up and it looks great. If you keep your brushes clean this base will be good from the time you open it until you have used it up and are ready for a refill.

I've used Jane Iredale pressed powder for over 10 years now. I've tried other mineral makeups, but no other provides the same beautiful coverage and sunscreen to boot. I get compliments on my skin all the time and owe it in part to Jane Iredale! I mix the suntan and golden glow colors together for the best fit. I use a lighter shade as a highlighter on my brow bones and to provide extra spf too.

Can''t beat this powder
I've been using Jane Iredale powder for over 10 years. I'm in my mid-60s so having the right makeup makes a big difference on whether I look ''good'' or not. This powder never cakes or creases. I have occasionally tried other products but nothing works as well as the Jane I powder. I love the compressed powder since it is easy to travel with. The color options allow for a perfect match.

This is my first experience with pressed base and I love it!! I've had rosacea for years and I'm very pleased with the all day coverage. I have been using the pressed powder since 2010 and have never looked back. I consider myself lucky to have a perfect match to Warm Silk. It is almost as if they made the shade based on my skin. I have oily skin and it never cakes. The oil actually gives the powder when applied with a sponge a creamy texture. My makeup drawer consists of Jane Iredale with one exception...lipstick. I am waiting for deep pigment matte shades of brownish red or dark nude.

Great coverage
I love this product. I apply over EltaMD physical, while gives a bit of tint, and this pressed powder covers the flaws. Set the powder with a bit of jane iredale rose hydrating spray and you are good to go. The compact case is very high quality too. My husband cleaned mine up for me today when he installed the refill (magnetically attaches) and the case looks brand new. He commented that the compact was very well made.

Always excellent
I have used the loose powder for a long time and love it. Perfect coverage. I thought I would like to try the pressed powder for use when traveling. It is the same great product however the magnetic disc in the compact won't stick to the base of the compact. The powder insert keeps falling out. I will have to experiment holding the magnetic disc in place with double stick tape. I hesitate to use glue.

Light and Covers
I have acne prone skin so can only use mineral make up. I have tried all the mineral makeup brands out in the market, and find that this is the best. Also, best of all, they have the perfect shade for my skin tone. I have Melasma, and this make up covers well and brightens up my skin. My recommendation is, if you have spots use a great concealer on the spots, and then apply this powder on top to achieve a flawless look.
