Jane Iredale Purepressed Compact Refill
I used a liquid foundation most of my life. While visiting a cousin, I noticed how beautiful her skin looked. I quizzed her about cosmetics and she used Jane Iredale. I immediately ordered a starter kit and fell in love with the pure pressed powder. I ordered the compact and now have been ordering refills. They are very easy to change out. The powder provides an excellent cover and looks so natural.

i used another mineral for years. That one that they advertise on TV. But then in my late 30s my skin started to break out. I never needed much makeup before. The BEST! 6 years and counting...
I used to work at a cosmetic dermatologist office where I was introduced to jane iredale PurePressed base in Latte, I have been using it ever since. Not only is this powder the perfect color for me year round, it applies evenly (with powder brush) and is great as a powder to set base, or by itself when you are limited on time. I would categorize its coverage as versatile because depending on the brush you use, you can use to cover blemishes with a concealer brush, or harder powder brush to use as your base, or a softer powder brush to use it as your setter. I first started using this powder 6 years ago, and I still love and use it every day! Thank you LovelySkin for carrying this awesome product!

Before discovering Jane Iredale makeup Id been using another mineral makeup for several years. That company discontinued their makeup products and a friend referred me to the JI line. This pressed powder base is the best Ive ever used and is so light weight that you dont feel like youre wearing makeup. It goes on smoothly and, if you need to it can, with spritzing of Jane Iredale D2O between layers, be layered for use as stage makeup without all the toxic ingredients found in standard stage makeup.

holy grail make up
When I was in high school, I used Clinique and Shisheido make up but it often made my skin either too flaky and or too oily. It did not cover very well and often made my skin look like I was wearing a pound of make up. On a very lucky happenstance, I went to my doctor for a check up and she looked at my skin and said "how about you try this line of make up i sell here its the first ever mineral make up and its really great for your skin" and I said sure! She gave me the golden glow (i now use warm sienna its a bit lighter) and from that day on, I never used another product but this on my face. The coverage is miraculous. The texture is amazing. Anytime I'm sick or have stayed up all night from studying, I would wake up looking like a monster but once I put my pressed powder on, viola! Perfect skin instantly! It covers ALL my acne ALL my red marks ALL my pores smoothes out ALL my wrinkles and just makes my face porcelain perfect. In fact, that is what my old high school friends used to call me, porcelain doll ALL because of this powder. I am now 27 and I TRIED bare minerals and those other mineral things and anytime I use it, my face would break out (I wanted to save some money because JI can be pricey) but I then realize, to heck with it! This is an investment for my face I don't mind shelling out a bit more if my face is safe and healthy using an amazing product like JI. YES YES YES I RECOMMEND THIS!!!!!!! you won't regret it its the best product out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also use their daytime pallet for my eyes and their eye liner and their rose dawn quad bronzer they are alll AMAAAAAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
