The conditioner works well to untangle the hair after it's washed, but it has to stay on the hair for 2 minutes to work well. Also, if one began with a new bottle of shampoo and conditioner at the same time and used both each time one washed his or her hair, the conditioner bottle would be empty before the bottle of shampoo is fully used.
