This is my absolute favorite, and what I attribute the most to repairing my damaged hair. It's a concentrated conditioner, so a little goes a long way. I target the ends of my hair to the base of my skull. It sits while I finish showering and then rinse it out Giving it a good 15 minutes on my hair. It is easy to rinse out and leaves my hair feeling amazing!
