Not for reactive skin
May be fine for normal skin, however, this 'cream' irritated my rosacea and turned the skin under my eyes red. It took 3 days before my skin calmed down. Had to use a hydrocortisone cream under my eyes. This is not a cream, but a gel. It has a thick consistency, feels cool upon application, barely-there scent, but remains sticky (for how long I don't know, as I had to wash it off within 15 minutes). So am not able to address application of makeup over it. Will not repurchase.

Wish it would be called "water gel"
It is very liquidy and I don't think it should qualify as a "cream". That being said, I love it and will be using it in the summer when I need a lighter moisturizer!
