Not for reactive skin

May be fine for normal skin, however, this 'cream' irritated my rosacea and turned the skin under my eyes red. It took 3 days before my skin calmed down. Had to use a hydrocortisone cream under my eyes. This is not a cream, but a gel. It has a thick consistency, feels cool upon application, barely-there scent, but remains sticky (for how long I don't know, as I had to wash it off within 15 minutes). So am not able to address application of makeup over it. Will not repurchase.
