I LOVE this product- I use it primarily on my upper lip line area, both in the morning and evening, and at age 63 I have no visible lip lines. I have used this Vit C serum for a good 6 months and can confirm it is hydrating, safe for sensitive skin, brightens, smooths and renews the skin! I use this at night, I do not recommend using this under makeup because it probably will peel off. Some reviews have mentioned an orange tint after wearing, that is the nature of Vit C though. It is an antioxidant, so when it is working and is exposed to oxygen & other free radicals (while on your face), it will produce that reaction if it contains a high amount of active Vit C. Doesn't bother me when that happens. The product out of the tube is white and after 10 hours on the face it may have a slight orange tint. I have very sensitive skin, so I appreciate the high quality ingredients at a reasonable price!! Big fan of La Roche Posay products.

Good after a peel
I received a sample of this from LovelySkin and used it after an intense peel that left my skin very red. The high vitamin C content helped my skin heal rapidly and made it very soft. My skin now looks clear and the tone is more even, possibly as a combination of both the peel and the product. I noticed that after use, the little remaining lotion around the tube went orange, I assumed this was actually the vitamin C oxidizing and took it as an indication that the product contained a lot of C. I like this product and would buy it to use after peels.
