Gentle and effective
Love this product to treat breakouts. I have fairly sensitive skin and this doesn’t cause excessive dryness and breakouts clear quickly. Product has a light fragrance, I’d prefer little to no fragrance but the fragrance doesn’t seem to bother my skin.

Great for mild hormonal acne
I don’t typically use products with salicylic acid as I’m a daily tretinoin user. However, I’ve been having some more recurrent hormonal acne in my late 30s. I think this works well for use every 3-4 days. I did have a purge period at first which freaked me out. However, now my skin has been much more clear and even toned. My acne marks are healing nicely as well. I don’t use everyday but do feel after the minor purge of my chin area that my pores look much more clean!

Great for acne on back and shoulders
I tried this product on my face and neck, but it was a bit too strong on first couple of tries. But please note that I have very sensitive skin. That said, I am now using the product on my shoulders and back, where I have breakouts and thicker skin -- and it works very well to resolve that issue quickly. I might be able to try it again on my face with a moisturizer first, then slowly increase the times I use it.
