Bad perfume smell

Both times that I tried to use this product, I couldn't stand the perfume smell. It made my nose itch all day. It's beyond me why a company would put perfumes in products that go around your eyes and nose. I tried to give it to my wife, but she said that it didn't seem to do anything for her skin. I couldn't use it long enough to tell whether it would work.
