Hard to work with
Unfortunately this shampoo is so thick that wherever you put it on your scalp, it won’t move/lather. I’ve tried diluting it with water in my hands and in my hair but it barely helps so ultimately I’m using heaps of product just for 1 wash to clean my entire head/hair. It’s disappointing because I figured it would be similar to Lanza’s Color Care shampoo formula which is much easier to work with but it’s not. It also makes my hair extremelyyyy oily and I always feel like I still have the product in my hair after rinsing. I’m going to order the Color Care Shampoo after this.

Too oily
This shampoo leaves my hair like it needs to be washed again. Very disappointed. I used to use a shampoo by Lanza that I loved, but I don't think it exists anymore. I won't be buying this brand anymore.
