Great for small irritations on skin
I got this as a sample. I put it on my cuticles and also the corners of my lips where I get some inflammation. Nice little jar of a a vanilla fragrant balm that will last a long time.

No down side!
I tried using this product, for skin irritation, as a substitute for a hydrocortisone cream. I try to avoid the latter due to the numerous adverse side effects. This product had a pleasant, faint vanilla odor, did not clog pores and most importantly...fixed the problem with a single application!
