The device arrived on schedule, I was excited to get started. Unfortunately, the elos button didn't work. Lovely Skin helped set me up with a contact at the manufacturer who is replacing the device. While I haven't received the new device yet, based on appearance this is easy to use, has a larger than average window to cover large areas like arms/legs, and a long cord for convenience.
