Goes on easily and good for sensitive eyes
The eyeliner gel is very easy to use for top lid water line and does not irritate my eyes. I gave it 4 stars because sharpening is a bit of a challenge and there is a slight transfer of smudge to the lower lash area. Tip before sharpening, put the pencil in the freezer.
