Good but not for sensitive skin
I had a horrible reaction to this on neck and chest. A red ring. I believe it had too much glycolic acid.

Not sure it's working
I've been using Neocutis Neo Firm Neck & Décolleté Tightening Cream for a little less than a month and I don't see a difference in my neck area. I will continue to monitor to see if there's any positive changes. The product is creamy texture and does help moisturize in the winter months.
