Restore PHA Eye Cream Okay
So far, I am not seeing any results from this eye cream. It seems pretty typical of other eye creams on the market. I did notice it is very difficult to get it squeezed out of the narrow opening. It seems almost hard coming out but then gets creamier once out of the tube.

Nothing special
I love to try different eye creams. I use many NeoStrata products and looked forward trying a new one. After reading the positive reviews, I gave this a try. It does not irritate my eyes, but seems to slip into my eyes, giving a filmy feeling. I am using it intermittently to see if I need to get used to it. It does however hydrate my under eye area and does leave a smooth surface. So far it not my favorite.

Ok Eye Cream
After about a month using this product, I hate to say I’m not as enthusiastic about it as others. It does absorb well and doesn’t leave a tacky feel, but I haven’t noticed any real difference in my eye area. But it is reasonable in price and at least worth a try.
