I got this eye cream as a replacement for a more expensive product that I've been using for a long time. The NeoStrata Eye Cream has a thinner consistency than I'm used to, but it does the job in keeping the eye area well moisturized. It works fine under make up. I don't see a lot of changes to the circles under my eyes, though they're not too bad anyway. NeoStrata has very good quality products and even my dermatologist recommends the line. I'm of the opinion that as we age there is no stopping the skin changes that come with it. But with good products and good skin care we can slow it down, and look our best for whatever age we may be.

I have been using this at night and am on my second bottle. I really like how hydrating it is and it is odor free and applies easily. I think this is a great eye cream for the price. I periodically try more expensive ones but I usually come back to this one and always like to have a tube on hand. It provides great moisture but yet it's texture is very light and gentle. I've never had a problem with applying make up or sunscreen on top of it. I'd pay $100 for an eye cream if it did a great job of diminishing lines but so far I cannot find anything that works much better than this.
