I'm on my second bottle of the Neostrata Skin Active Intensive Eye Therapy cream. It has helped to smooth puffiness under my eyes and has helped with darkness under my eyes (though it hasn't completely eliminated the darkness, some of which may be from hollowness under the eyes). Overall, I think it works pretty well. I think this is a pretty good eye cream for my mature skin.

I am 70 yrs old, my skin is in good shape but I'm not a super model nor do I see a dermatologist or cosmetologist regularly. I am an ordinary every day working gramma.
