Not the Same
I have been using this neck cream for a while. I am not a fan of the new formula. It has an unpleasant odor. This product helps with minimizing my crepey neck skin but not noticing any difference with my lines.

Neostrata neck cream
Neostrata neck cream after adding peptide 229, I don’t see any change but the formula got more thicker and price tag more bigger. I finished the whole bottle. It’s an ok cream that moisturizes neck skin, but $10 raise price , it’s too much.
