I’m 49 and I suffer from tech neck. Nothing I’ve used get’s rid of the horizontal lines. I’ve been using Neostrata for several years. I like that it keeps my neck moisturized and firms the appearance of the skin. When I ran out, I decided to do some research to see if there was a better neck cream on the market. One brand kept appearing as the best pick by dermatologists. I decided to try it out as I have been using other products from their line and have had great results. About 2-3 months in, I noticed that the appearance of the skin on my neck did not look as young and firm. I’ve gone back to using Neostrata again.

I really do like this neck cream and one bottle lasts a LONG time. It doesn't take a lot of product to cover the neck area; a little goes a long way. Mostly, Neostrata keeps the fragile skin of my neck, moisturized. I haven't seen much improvement as far as a firming effect, but then no cream can do what a neck lift can, but it sure can help keep this area moisturized!

I’ve been using this for at least a year and really liked it. The product has changed. It’s thick and very difficult to rub in. If you don’t rub it in all together, it leaves your neck white and dries into little balls that look like cotton. I won’t buy again.

I’m not sure what these peptides are supposed to do but they’re not doing it. The old formula actually worked. This one doesn’t. My neck actually looks worse since starting the new formula. They also removed the wonderful fragrance (and I usually dislike fragrance). Ruined a great product.
