A good product
Obviously nothing is going to give me back my 25-year-old neck, but it does seem to moisturize well. I love the packaging-the right amount comes out so no waste and no contaminating with fingers. I do not particularly like the smell of the product. I thought maybe artificial fragrance was added, but I don't see any listed on the ingredient list.

Pretty Darn Good
Neostrata neck cream did not remove all the signs of damage from my eighty-year-old neck, but it did do a pretty darn good job of diminishing wrinkles, lifting sags and smoothing appearances. So much so that I reordered a bottle despite the cost. I do like the dispenser that gives me a measured amount of product. I do not like that it does not warn me when I'm about to run out. LovelySkin does such a good job of delivering orders promptly that it’s a bearable fault.

Nice Product, But Won''t Turn Back Time
I think this product would work best for those whose necks are just beginning to show signs of aging. I've taken very good care of my skin and at age 55 have almost no wrinkles on my face. However, my neck really shows my age. I have "crepey" neck skin and purchased this cream after reading customer and physician reviews. In fairness, I've only been using it for a couple of months, but haven't seen any tightening. I do believe it's a good product and, from what I've read, possibly one of the best on the market. As such, I will continue to use it along with my Neocutis, but am not optimistic. If some miraculous change does take place, I will amend this review.

I ordered this product a few months ago and was a little skeptical at first. I was pleasantly surprised. The texture of the cream is wonderful, and you only need a small amount to cover your neck and decolletage. I have noticed a slight difference and reordered this product for a second time.

Seems to be working
This product has improved the texture of my neck, but does not seem to be quite the miracle product for me as it has been for others (or maybe age is just catching up with me :) ). My biggest complaint is that the paint on the caps on the last five or six bottles I purchased flaked constantly and then adhered to my hands and neck like glue - very annoying.

Rich, Thick Neck Cream
This is my second time buying this product. I'm very happy with it and the only negative is that the fragrance is slightly sweet but not enough to prevent me from buying again. I prefer fragrance free. It's a rich and substantial texture and I feel it protects the delicate neck and chest skin. I've used other brands but prefer this one!
