Terrible Fragrance
I cannot review the effectiveness of this neck cream because it had such an awful fragrance I couldn't wash it off fast enough. It was like I had a reaction to the smell, it made my eyes water and clogged my sinuses. Unfortunately I did not try the product until after the thirty day return policy, so it was a waste of money. Hopefully, my experience is an anomaly.
