May have smoothed some lines.
I've been using this about six weeks, usually twice a day and can't be sure if my forehead and lip lines have relaxed or not. As with the NuFace Mini, I did not want to use with the recommended cream as the creams are so expensive (and the Mini's primer caused my skin to break out). So I use this and the Mini with aloe vera gel and hope the aloe is conveying the electrostatic current. And unless you have your face sufficiently moist, the current with these NuFace products tend to sting when going over any facial hair. But if there's a chance that I can tone my face with the Mini or relax my frown and laugh lines with the Fix, I'll put up with these "time machines."

Good but cracked within weeks
The device in itself works great. I started to see results within days. However, it was very disappointing when a small crack appeared near the head of the device just a couple of weeks after it being delivered. After looking further into the device, I learned that this has been an issue for other users. THAT SAID, LOVELYSKIN CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE THIS ALL GOOD by sending me a replacement when NuFACE claimed they had none left in stock and did not know when they might be available again. My advice would be that if you are looking into a NuFACE device, purchase it from LovelySkin, just in case you run into difficulties. Thank you, LovelySkin, for having some of the best customer service in the industry.
