Worth the effort except when device stops working
I was very consistent with the NuFACE Pro device. 4-5 days per week and 20 -30 minutes per day. I suppose the drawback is one must be consistent and dedicated to get results, but it does deliver a facial lift -- especially to create nicely arched eyebrows and a chiseled jaw line. I purchased mine in March 2020 and by early September 2021 it suddenly stopped working. The device comes with a 2-year warranty but the real issue is the fact that when the device breaks and is out-of-commission you have to replace it or all your effort and commitment goes out the window. At the moment, I'm looking into the LovelySkin replacement policy. I don't miss putting in the time and effort it takes to see result, but I do miss the results... My purchase was good for about 18 months. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 because the device really should hold up for at least 2 years. I'd say it will do the heavy lifting if the person using it makes a commitment to spend their time making it happen. It's easy to use and can be a relaxing part of your daily routine, but it does take a certain amount of patience and perseverance.

I have been using my Trinity Pro for about 2 weeks and can I say it works? Hmmm I think it is too soon. I do use it every day and do see some improvements with my fine lines/wrinkles but am still hoping to see some results on tightening the jaw lines and neck area - It is time consuming around 15-20 minutes to do the whole face also you do use up the serum that comes with it fast, I did have to get on line to figure out how to really use this item the instructions that come with it is questionable! I have read so many positive reviews so I do have my fingers crossed with time it will show more results- I will post again the end of August If it worked for me.

I've been using the device every day for the past 2 months. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing. I can honestly say I am not sure I see any difference. I have taken before and after photos and really no difference. I will continue to use, as I do think it helps with my product penetration though I would like to see some lift as well.

Device cracks with time
Love Nuface and after using it for a long time started to noticed cracks near the device’s head. I noticed the same cracks in another Nuface unit I have.

I haven't used this device very long, but I can see a difference in my marionette lines and a few of the wrinkles around my eyes. My husband noticed, too, so I'm happy thus far. However, I do wish this device had a green LED light feature (it does have a red one.) I would be interested in a green light attachment as well!

Like the Device, Hate the Primer
So far, the device is really making in a difference in the co touring of my face and seems to be helping with fore wrinkles as well. I really notice a much more defined jawline and if I were just rating the device, I'd give it 5 stars. However, the Primer is TERRIBLE. It caused one of the most severe skin reactions I've had to a product in a long time. My face turned bright red and peeled off over the next two days in strips after using it. I'm still trying to figure out an alternative and seem to be settling on rose water and glycerin (you need something to provide slip).

I am having a hard time liking this NuFACE Pro. It is making me dizzy and makes my head feel funny after using it. I have tried lowering the power, but it still makes my head feel sickish. With that said, I have not used it enough to say whether it works or not. If I can’t tolerate using it, it was an expensive mistake.

Small noticeable results, not sure about long term use
After several weeks, I noticed more definition around the cheekbone area, but nothing for my jowls, which is really my area of concern. And, it was only temporary. With the LovelySkin discount, this device is probably worth purchasing for use on special occasions. I'm not sure I'll use it long-term as there's no data on long-term side effects.
