Poor Initial Experience
Like other reviews I read, I had trouble pairing the device to my phone. Eventually through a lot of trial and error my phone got paired through various actions in my phone settings but I’m not sure which action actually fixed the problem. The gel and cream activators were just okay. I recommend trying other activators to find a better one. I’ve now been using the device for a few weeks. I see some improvement in my saggy skin…..not a lot but any improvement is better than nothing.

Far too much time required
While I only used the device for a month it just takes way too much time. My results were just not worth the time required.
