This is pretty good stuff, and I've tried a lot, like most serious acne cleansers it will stop breakouts, but in addition this also helps exfoliate your skin. Very strong. Use sparingly the first couple of weeks.

Cleanser-cool and clean
This is the only cleanser I've ever used which makes my skin on the face feel very refreshed and clean. Somtimes though I think that this cleanser together with the salicylic toner and benzoyl peroxide treatment may be too harsh for the skin.

My favorite cleanser!
I tried this product after researching different acne products and finding that Obagi was listed as an effective one. This cleanser makes your skin feel really cool and refreshed and is wonderful for my skin which is really oily. I also have very large pores and it doesn't dry your skin out. It just cools it and it smells really nice, too. I used to use Proactiv cleanser, but this has taken its place. I do, however, still use a foaming makeup remover before washing with this.

What a Wonderful Product for those who suffer with Acne/Boils
My mother has been using this product for control of her adult acne. She is 76 yoa and often is mistaken for being in her early 52's. She used Proactiv for at least two years before the Obagi Clenziderm products became available. Her results with Proactiv only lasted while she used the product. Once she stopped her condition worsened. Not with Clenziderm. She has seen exceptional results. Even skin tone, ceasation of pimples and boils, and eradication of dark spots. She is very satisfied with the results. Though the product burned initially, she reduced the amount used and frequency without compromising the effect. It has restored her confidence in her appearance.
