I have used the 20% Obagi Professional-C Serum for just over a year now. I only use it in the morning, and it is the first product I put on my face to give it a refreshing glow of color. I am 57 years old, and I have no problem with the 20% intensity. In the past, I used the more expensive and very reputable brand of C serum with ferulic acid, and I feel the Obagi 20% C Serum is just as good if not better. The change came about one day when I was looking at purchasing this more expensive brand again, and I happened to notice the Obagi was on sale and decided to give it a try. I prefer the Obagi. When I ran out one time, I wasn't in a hurry to re-purchase it because of so many expenses at the time until I was wondering why my skin seemed lifeless and dull. I realized what was missing from my daily routine and purchased it again within minutes. I don't use the dropper since I lost the majority of the serum on a flight due to the cabin pressurization. That was very disappointing. Now I just toss the dropper and only use the screw cap. I simply place my finger over it and tip the bottle until I get serum on my finger, and then dot serum on my face working the serum until my face is done. I quickly put the cap back on to minimize the air getting into the bottle. This serum is a daily must in my routine. I may start using it in the evening as well.

I can be sensitive to breakouts with Vitamin C, but this hasn’t caused any skin sensitivity. If I could change one thing about this product, it would be the viscosity.
