At first I was concerned that Apres Peel Hydrating Balm was creating “pilling”. Then I learned to apply a thin layer and to remember to exfoliate regularly. After doing that, there was no “pilling”. I do like the consistency of the balm and the texture of my skin after using it.

I have dry mature skin and this is working way better for me than the hydra luxe. It does not clog pores either. However, it is still slightly tacky and has not made a noticeable difference in my skin hydration or appearance. In comparison, I really enjoyed the sealed/non-tacky feeling of the silk coat, and the collagen hydrator was a little tacky feeling but after a month of using it, my complexion turned a very clear and nice milky color. This product might be better for someone else but I won't buy it again.

I love the PCA SKIN Apres Peel Hydrating Balm for my mature skin. I had used this product several years ago and liked it. So with the harsh winter air causing blemishes on my facial skin I decided to try it again. Apres Peel has been great to clear any blemishes as well as moisturize and soften my skin. The appearance of my skin is much brighter and the fine lines a bit softer. I am again very very pleased with this product. The cream can be used sparingly so it will last a nice long time.
