I gave this review a 3 just because it did unclog small pores and took out redness if you use too much of this it is very harsh and your skin will dry out especially with the acne cleanser all in all if you follow directions and only use once a day it’s a pretty good toner if you have any irritation to start with i would not recommend this product if your skin tends to be on the clear side i would say YES ITS A GOOD TONER
