I absolutely love this hand therapy. I am outside constantly and have lots of dark spots on the top of my hands. This cream has faded these spots so much!!! Now that they are almost gone, I certainly make sure I wear a sunscreen when I am outside. This cream is a miracle!!!

Great hand cream!
This is an incredible hand cream. Very rich, but doesn't leave your hands feeling sticky or smothered. The only thing I would improve is its delivery system. The cream doesn't come out of the nozzle very easily. However, this inconvenience is nothing when you seen the results on your hands. I'm so glad Perricone brought out a hand cream. I won't be without this.
