I have an inquiry in to Customer Service for assistance, but a warning. The packaging is so difficult I cannot get any product out of the jar. Evidently it is meant for single pump, but mine will not pump at all. I may have to crack it open to get any product at all!

I am on my third bottle of this and have previously really loved everything about it. (I discovered to simply open the screw cap to get to the remainder of cream - which is quit a bit - once the pump does not produce product anymore). It had a very light pleasant scent previously and now it is odd smelling so I may not purchase it again. Perhaps it became "unscented" but to me it is less desirable without the very light scent it had before.

Goes on smoothly, makes my skin feels soft instantly. The next morning my skin feels nourished and soft especially if I add a layer of Vaseline on top. You may not need to do that if your skin barrier is not damaged like mine. I like that it has ceramides, peptides, niacinamide, cholesterol, and green tea. All my favorites ingredients in one jar. I wish the base of this formula was more elegant and simpler, but overall I would recommend this product for all types of skin even oily!

Okay but not wowed
This is an expensive moisturizer. It says it's intensely moisturizing, but I haven't found that to be true for me. It has a medium consistency-like a hand lotion. It does have a slight smell-clinical-not too overpowering but not good either. Unfortunately, it does NOT feel or smell luxurious, and for the price and from the description, I expected it would. It's just okay. I have only been using it for about 3 weeks 2 times a day, but I haven't seen any dramatic benefit to my skin either. I don't personally recommend it. I think there are better products out there for the price.

I was tipped off to the Replenix brand a few years back and so many of their products fill my medicine cabinet. Priced right, used by dermatologists, I highly recommend both their day time and night time products. The Bio-Therapy feels like it's melting into your skin and energizing it for a good nights sleep. I have pretty sensitive combination skin and my skin will tell me right away if it doesn't like a product (immediate pimple) and I've never experienced an issue with any Replenix products.
