Packaging is a nighmare
I have an inquiry in to Customer Service for assistance, but a warning. The packaging is so difficult I cannot get any product out of the jar. Evidently it is meant for single pump, but mine will not pump at all. I may have to crack it open to get any product at all!

Allergic Rash
I've only used the product one time (two nights ago), and my face is covered with an itchy, red bumpy rash. I tend to have very sensitive skin and can't even tolerate scented products, so it makes sense that I would not be able to use this product.
