I have been using Serum 5x for about 2 years. I love the results. Recently, I decided to move up to the 10x, to see if I could get even better results. Bad idea...I smoothed it too close to my eyes and developed redness and a burning irritation around my eyelids. I immediately stopped using the product and after about 4 days of pampering my eyes with Vaseline, the irritation went away. I have never had a reaction like that with the 5x. I think this is a great product but if your skin in sensitive, the 10x is too strong.
