I have used Lumiquin for several years as part of my night routine. It does such a great job of taking care of the dark spots on the back of my hands that I make sure I never run out. I've tried a couple of other handcreams that were supposed to take care of the dark spots, but they just didn't as good a job as Lumiquin.

I have been using this as directed, at bedtime for a few weeks now and I wish I would have taken a "before" picture of my hands but I swear they look lighter and smoother. I don't expect it to fade the dark freckles/spots but I do think my hands look better just in this short period of time.
