I purchased this after using SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream (loved it but really expensive). I loved this moisturizer so much! Ingredients are similar but the texture is totally different. This is more glycerin based but it doesn't feel as humectant-like as other glycerin-based moisturizers I've tried. This actually absorbs into the skin and makes my skin look smooth and healthy. I'm very sensitive and acne prone and this doesn't seem to create any issues. I am going to try the Ultra Sheer next to compare, but will purchase this again in the future.
