Improvement in skin texture
I have read great reviews about this product in in style magazine. It's only been a week since I started using this product. I definitely notice improvement in texture of my skin. I didn't have any problem with the pumps as other reviewers mentioned. It's little bit of extra work to blend 2 serums before application though.

The only really effective topical
I am 67 and my skin looks great. It is expensive but I really don't need much else except a moisture sun screen. I had a mid facelift at 50 my surgeon told me about TNS and 17 years latter I do not feel the need to go under the knife.

TNS essential serum: The good, the bad and the ugly
The first time I tried it, I felt that it did amazing things for me skin (the good), it's very expensive (the bad) and it smells bad (the ugly). All that said, I was impressed enough with the product and I re-ordered it again after six months because the results I gained had faded. My skin looked firmer, smoother and fine lines were diminished, overall my skin looked more youthful.

I've been using this product for about 9 months and have noticed a definite difference in the texture and clarity of my skin. Wrinkles, especially around my eyes, have diminished in depth and number. The smell is not the greatest, but not intolerable given the results you get. Highly recommend it for mature skin (I'm in my mid-50's).

Wish I didn't love it so
In my 20s sunscreen was enough for fabulous skin. Now that I'm in my mid 30s that doesn't cut it anymore. I heard all the hype for this product and figured what's the harm of shelling out once. Smells medicinal, others better
Dislike the odor. Was recommened by my dermatologist who treats my 60 year old dry skin but honestly I gave this product a good try, and saw nothing different.Will go back to less expensive over the counter creams which worked just as well for me.
