Too expensive for what the result
first at all, $260 for a bottle not even last for 3 months is expensive. second, the smell of it is stink. third and the most important is i dont see the different using other counter top to this expensive one. Its not a bad product, but just overrated!

This is truly a miracle product. My dermatologist recommended this product about 8 years ago because my skin was starting to lose its glow, along with small lines forming and some loss of elasticity. Within a week. I was aware that my eyes were tighter (and yes, this is one of the few serums that can be used around the eye area) and over time an obvious improvement in overall appearance. A trick I learned years ago is to apply a small amount to a wet face. This will stretch your product and not cut down on its efficacy! One very important rule about this product: keep it stored upside down and in this position pound once with the palm of your hand before EVERY use. Many people give up on this product because they dont realize that this is the only way for BOTH cylinders to release the gel/cream equally!

TNS if you want to stay out of the plastic surgeon's office!
I have been using TNS for 6 years and have very sensitive skin. At night, I use it along with the .65 Tri-Retinol by SkinMedica. I think it is amazing and I don't care to have plastic surgery. It has definitely helped smooth my skin out with its sun damage, and being so sensitive, I do not care for lasers either. I would never spend this kind of money if I did not think it was by far the best thing on the market. Save your cosmetic money and buy TNS...for less than the price of many cosmetics. Put on your sunscreen and get out and play! (I am 60 now and definitely don't look it thanks to this serum.)
