TNS simply amazing!!
I was introduced to TNS Essential serum a little over two years ago when my niece became a sales rep for SkinMedica. At that time, I was able to get the "family" rate or I might never had tried it. My niece left the company about a year ago and I had a big decision to make: Do I spend the money or move on? The reason I chose to spend the $$$ is the continual comments from people raving about how good my skin looks. At 68 years of age, this serum has brightened my skin and warded off wrinkles. Great product
It is expensive, but it has made a big difference in my skin. My only objection, other than the high price, is the packaging. You have no idea when the product is almost gone. And I have had issues with both serums coming out at the same time. A simpler dispenser would be appreciated and probably would be cheaper.

I have been using the serum, twice a day, for about 3 mos. and, while it is truly expensive, I plan to continue because I am slowly seeing results in the skin around my eyes and mouth. The only reason I didnt give this product the full 5 stars is because of its steep price. Everything else about this product is wonderful. I use it once a day in the morning as my first topical after washing my face. Upon application I feel that it instantly lessens my lines & makes my skin look more even toned. Overtime, Ive also noticed that my left over pimple marks & pickings are healing up much faster since using this product. The results of using this product outweigh the high price which is why I will definitely purchase this product again. And if the price comes down,,,whoa watch out Ill be buying two at a time and shouting from the roof top!

Stinky But Efficacious
A fine product, as per other reviews. Not for the sensitive nose. To be blunt, its got a kind of stinky protein odor (that does not last). Also, although I understand the reasoning behind the packaging (product protection, housing two separate products), this is one of those absolutely huge containers housing only an ounce of product, presumably 1/2 oz. of each. Lastly, the price verges on stratospheric. That being said, it was still recommended by my derm, and, yes, it does do good things in the end.

I was told by the nurse at the Dermatology office, that this is one of the few products that could make a difference. I am on my second container. I use it just once a day in the morning. I use the SkinMedica Retinol product at night. I like how the dispenser is designed to put out the proper dose. A little goes a long way, and I have no problem covering my face and still have some for neck and decollate. I use sunscreen every day, and I use quality products and Clarisonic, as well as getting regular facials. I often have people tell me that I look like I could be in my 40s instead of in my 60s. Yes, this product is expensive, but I feel that this product is worth it, when I get it on sale at LovelySkin.com and get a free gift with purchase too. It seems like my first container lasted longer than I thought it might. If I break down the cost monthly, it puts it into perspective as to its value and how it compares to other things that I do for myself.

My skin never looked better
This was recommended to me by a doctor post surgery and its one of the most amazing skin care products I have ever used. I have mature skin and this serum makes it soft, smooth and look flawless. I am a product junkie and have used so many other serums but this one time after time is the only one I cant love without. Lines and wrinkles-smoother. Even though my dermatologist and her staff love this serum, I balked at it due to the price (and I will basically spend anything if I think it will make me look better!). I finally got my first bottle about 2 months ago when it was on sale here and I gotta say - its amazing. I just turned 60 and most people cant believe it (or at least they are kind enough to say so) but my skin really does look good. It gives a glow, evens out my complexion and I do think it is helping to break up some dark spots on my face. I am on my second bottle and will definitely keep using. I have extremely sensitive skin and have no problems at all with this product. Highly recommended.

I have noticed no improvement
I have been using this product for a month and I dont know if I just havent been patient enough but I see no improvement at all. Im 40 something and my main concerns are wrinkles and dark spots from the sun. This product was recommended at my plastic surgeons office so I decided to try it. For the price and the unpleasant smell I expect better and faster results. Im going to use it till Im done with the bottle and see if I see any changes. Will report back.

How old am I?
I have been using this product for several years. This is the one product that I use that no matter what, I make sure that I don't skip. It is very easy to mix the two ingredients. It goes on smoothly and dries without leaving a tacky feeling. I thought initially I wouldn't care for the slight smell that it has, but after you put it on, you can't smell it. Its the rich amount of protein in it that causes the slight smell, but that's the most important ingredient to help make my skin look younger. I get several compliments on my youthful appearance when I start talking about my grandchildren. I honestly feel that this product helps keep me looking younger that I am.

Worth the price.
I know. Even gold is not this much per ounce. However you cant put gold on your face and get the same results you do with this product. Im a 40 something Exxon worshiper with the skin the show for it. I started using this product from my dermatologist and was hoping that it would do what it says it does because of what I was paying for it. It does. It has reduced fine lines and softened my skin tone. I have sensitive skin and it does not irritated at all. In fact feels very good going on. I asked my dermatologist about the smell and was told that that is part of the proteins that my skin needs to repair itself. Its actually not that bad – Ive smelled worse in lesser creams. I justify the price of this cream by noting that I have not needed to have any other skin treatments such as Botox. And best of all Ive gotten compliments from family and friends about how much younger I look.
