Happy so far!
I have only used the TNS ES for a couple of days, so it is far too early to tell how happy I will be with the long term effects. The texture and feel of the product is very nice, and the packaging is high quality. Based on the price point I expect to see remarkable results after a couple of weeks of use. I will provide another review once I have used the product for a least one month.

Best cosmetic product ever!
I asked my dermatologist what I could do about the lines around my eyes, short of surgery. She suggested SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum. I use TNS Essential Serum daily, along with other TNS products (Illuminating Eye Cream and Ultimate Daily Moisturizer with SPF 20), and the results are remarkable. Not only are the lines around my eyes greatly diminished, but my skin has never looked better, despite being an avid outdoor person. My eyes are no longer puffy, my face is clear of blemishes and I no longer need facial peels. I highly recommend TNS Essential Serum and I will continue to use it as long as SkinMedica makes it.

Post Laser Serum
I recently had a Co2 DOT Laser treatment on face and neck. This serum was suggested as a recovery serum that speeds healing, says the dermatologist. I have seen this in other dermatologist offices as well at a " gold standard" they say. So I thought this would be a good time to try it. I have only been using it for a week or so, it is difficult to say if it wil be worth the expense. It does feel good, smells good, does not cause any problems etc. I do believe it will be worth it because I trust my two dermatologists. Lets hope

I started to use this product when it first came out years ago and stopped because it was I thought hard on my skin once I spoke to My Doctor in the last year and used a good moisturizer with it I wish I wouldnt of stopped years ago , My Skin looks balanced no redness and with the Lytera Product my skin has a wonderful glow tightened and have lightened all the brown spots away I found great results in 9 months.

Ridiculously expensive and ridiculously effective
The other reviews are correct about TNS being so very excellent. Im 65 and use injections, facials and the best daily routine I can afford. TNS was recommended by my plastic surgeon and now that Ive used it for 6 months, I can see the very real difference in my skin. When I stop using it, my skin looks and feels dull and pasty within a couple of days. Ill find the money for this one. Im sold on it!

I have only been using this product a couple of weeks so I have yet to notice any drastic change, but have already noticed my skin feels better. It feel softer and smoother. I wish the pumps always distributed the same amount of the two products - even with a tap on my hands before pumping, there always seems to be one that has less product. Only complaint so far.

Ive been using this product for about 5 yrs. the product does everything it says plus more. I will say it has a very distinct smell & not in a bad way. I think its just the quality products working. I will say that I continue to purchase this product because of the great results Ive had. It gives you great results without having to use as many products. I love the tns line, I use the TNS eye cream along with a few other products from this line. So I highly reccomend trying it, you wont be disappointed.

A MUST in my anti-aging arsenal.
TNS Essential Serum is magic. Im not really sure what it does but when I stop using it my skin suddenly looks more dull and slack. As a 45 year old female, Im always concerned about the effects of aging on my skin. This product reduces those effects. Although expensive, I am careful to never run out!
