I didnt want to like this due to the price but was able to purchase on a Black Friday sale. The first time I used it my skin seemed to become firmer with a very smooth texture. Didnt cause any redness or irritation at all. A little tricky to use. Tours have to press the pump right in the middle to get an equal amount of the two products this contains. And one pump is all you need to cover your entire facr and neckso if it lasts a few months and helps me cut down on the number of products I have to use it will be worth it. Some reviews complained about the smell but I thought it smelled like baby powder and really liked it. I will be anxious to see how my skin looks with continued use.

Nothing But the Best for Me Now
Now that I am getting older, I want only the best and most results-producing skin care products. SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum was specifically recommended by the plastic surgeon whose day spa I attend. Since I started using it, I have noticed that my skin is smoother and more radiant-looking. I also use other SkinMedica products, which greatly compliment and enhance my results. Pricey, yes. But well worth the price.

Expensive, but effective
Its tough to spend this much on a skincare product. That being said, I see positive results when using this. I just wish it was less expensive. I would use it more, if it were a bit more affordable. Instead, I use it very sparingly.

Very good serum
I have typical aging skin with loss of elasticity, enlarged pores, inability to retain moisture, sun spots. This product is fantastic as an immediate results goes. My skin looks smoother, plumper and seems to appear more wholesome. However, does not helped to diminish sun spots and the positive results do not last for long. When you stop using it, your skin will returns back to how it used to look almost instantly. My plastic surgeon suggested to use TNS Essential Serum AM and PM to see true effectiveness of this product. My bottle was gone after 10 weeks and Ive only been using it once a day. Very expensive.

The Essential Product
The weight and texture of this product is wonderful and I truly believe it works well. Wish there were a way for the container to be smaller so I could take it with me when I travel. I have yet to encounter a skin care professional that doesnt recommend this product.

LOVE This Product!!!
I had used TNS Essential Serum a few years ago. I didnt continue buying it because of the cost, but I finally decided to bite the bullet and invest in it again. Am I ever glad that I did! This is one thing I will no longer scrimp on. I am in my late 50s and I cant begin to explain how it has helped improve my skin. I love how my skin feels after I have applied it.

I dont know where these great reviews come from— maybe some type of SkinMedica loyalty rewards or endorsements by friends/employees? My dermatologist suggested TNS ES for fine lines. Im realistic and dont expect miracles, but NO EFFECT after 5 weeks of daily use. Zero. I know full benefit takes 90 days, but some minor improvement should be seen by now, especially at this price. Ive had much better skin tightening, pore refinement and tone from 8 years of NIA24 Skin Strengthening at fraction of cost. I see why Dermatologists suggest TNS, the $100+ mark-up is great business. Im not typically so skeptical but really feel scammed by this product. Info: Im 56 with even skin tone, told I look in my 40s, younger women have complemented my skin and ask what Ive products I use. But I do have fine lines around lips and chin which I hoped TNS would help with. Nothing.

VERY WISE INVESTMENT
I started using the original TNS serum years ago (the smell wasnt too great, but as am esthetician, with a love for cosmetic chemistry I knew I was doing myself a HUGE favor. When this product came out I was skeptical, the price is a bit high but it is by far worth it. Integrating peptides, and more antioxidants with the TNS growth factors was brilliant. It is better to invest wisely and not regret taking better care of yourself years down the road (Dont Forget Sunscreen!!), needing a bunch of medi-spa treatments. Wise Investment. I only push down half-way and I have plenty of product for my face. It firms, fine lines erase, firmness increases, and a radiant glow becomes user.
