I use this every day, it is the best. I wear it under makeup and it looks like i just got botox. Skin is smooth make up looks like I am 30 yrs old again. It smooths out your face so good, it is like liquid gold to me. Whenever I have a big meeting at the office I'm sure to look really smooth.

I have used good products on my skin for many decades, and I'm always looking for the next groundbreaking product that will make me notice a positive difference in my skin. Most of the time, when I try a product, I might see a slight improvement. However, when I used the SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum, I saw a noticeable improvement almost right away! The only downside is that it is very expensive, so I will only buy it when it's on sale. I also wish it would come in a travel size, that works with carry-on luggage.

Miracle in a Bottle
I found out about this product from my best friend's son who is a dermatologist. In the all the years I have know him he was never recommended any product except sunscreen. I am 68 and hardly a day goes by without someone telling me how gorgeous my skin is. I attribute a lot of those compliments to this product. NOW I SEE...
I resisted trying TNS Essential Serum for a very long time. The price was a major factor, and I couldn't see how a single product could make that much difference. After almost a year of use, I am seeing a much more evenly-toned, brighter complexion. Old acne scars have softened. Blackheads have greatly diminished, and those that do appear are easily extracted. My skin appears plumper, I think. The tiny lines have improved a little and the very oily spot between my brows is tamer. My jaw looks firmer, too. I was told recently by someone I had just met "Your skin looks absolutely pore-less!" I was wearing only a sheer, tinted sunscreen mixed with a BB sized dot of mineral BB cream. I use SkinMedica cleanser, toner and sometimes the sheer moisturizer, but the Essential Serum is the one product that I won't skip using morning and night. I do wish it weren't so expensive, but it's safer than injections!

I have used this product on and off for several years. It definitely works to refine and soften your skin. The results are subtle but real. Products are only able to do so much and this one is one that does something. I would recommend this to anyone with poor skin elasticity and/or in the age range of 25-45. My opinion is once you are above the 45 age range, you may want to think about more invasive peels, laser treatments along with a great moisturizer along with the TNS essential Serum.

I have been using this product for one week, therefore, I cannot comment on the efficacy at this time. I have been using it twice daily and I can say that I have had zero irritation. The texture is velvety soft and spreads over the skin very nicely. One pump is all that is needed for the entire face. It is absorbed quickly and you can layer other products over it. One very nice feature is that it does not pill at all. so far....so good!

I had the co2 laser performed to my skin last summer. I was highly encouraged by my plastic surgeron to use tns essential serum twice a day. Those were wise words of advice. I believe this serum has helped maintain my results. I feel it makes my skin look more supple and youthful looking. Everyone always ask me how my skin glows at 55. Started to notice results after a month
I am a fan of several SkinMedica products but I wasn't loving this one from the start. I do not like the way it smells and it felt a little heavy on my skin. But over time, I've adjusted how much I'm applying and now I am starting to notice some results. I haven't noticed so much with the fine lines but overall my skin looks healthier and I've received several compliments as to how good it looks - bright and dewy. I have also noticed that I do not need a moisturizer on top of this, just my sunscreen (in whatever form). I will continue using it, hoping the results get better with time.

I have been using this product for about 8 weeks and even though I have been out hiking daily in the mountains in the sun and elements, I have noticed an improvement in my overall skin tone. In addition, it appears that my adult acne breakouts have been less and the redness from my mild rosacea seems to be less as well. There are two negatives about this product: the price and the packaging. The discount provided at LovelySkin is helpful but the product is still overpriced. Second, due to the packaging there is no way to tell how much product is remaining in the bottle so an extra bottle is essential if you don't want to miss applying for a few days while waiting for another bottle to be delivered if you run out.

I used this serum a year ago and fell in love with it but because of the cost did not reorder. I recently started using this product again and have already placed an additional order so I won't run out. This time I will not stop using it.
