too early to tell...smell not good
I did a lot of research before buying this. A few things....I have been using the Obagi Nu-Derm products for years on the advice of my dermatologist. In the past few years she has added these "growth factor" products to the long list of skin products that she recommends but I never used one until now. Only been using it for a week and haven't noticed much change in my skin yet. However, the smell...which other reviewers warned of...is not good. I tend to get migraines easily so I'm concerned about adding this as part of my skincare regime. The other factor is the 2-chamber applicator...which is a bit of a nuisance but I could live with that if the smell were better. There is a competitive Neocutis product that I will try next.

I'm a big fan of the TNS Recovery Complex and I'd heard the Serum is the bomb, so I'm using it at night. I like combo because I want more collagen and use it in combination with other peptides in the morning. Then at night, I use the serum. My skin is free of wrinkles and I do think TNS products are solid!

quick results
This product works very quickly to correct imperfections like acne scars and smooth out the complexion. I am using it with Retinol complex. It does smell a bit odd but once you apply it, the odor goes away.

SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum scientifically proven results MUST TRY
I have been using this product for over 3 years and although fairly expensive is actually much better then advertised. Yes better than advertised. This was strongly recommended by one of the greatest laser surgeons here in Manhattan. I have always received rave compliments on my skin. The price has certainly crept up over the last few years by Allergan but mainly because of the popularity. FYI There are many fakes on the market which Allergan doesn't even waste time to fight in court since they have a disclaimer on their website. This is why you end up seeing outlandish discounts on other websites not authorized. Circling back to my title is that actual "clinical results" prove the effectiveness of TNS Serum which is why this product works quite effectively.

Smooths, evens, adds healthy glow
I first bought this product at a spa when I has IPL laser therapy for my melasma. At first I didnt really notice any difference, so I stopped using it. It has been a year since my laser treatment and I dug it out to give it another try. It is now my opinion that the only reason I didnt see results is because my skin was already so improved by the laser that the product added only minimal benefit. I have used it every day for about a month and the results are amazing! My skin is softer, firmer, and my complexion is more even. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but it is WORTH IT! I do use Lytera and I think the results are enhanced since I am using them together with retinol. I think the combination of these products are more pronounced than the laser treatments, at about half the cost. I highly recommend Skin Medical and TNS Essential Serum!

I am officially a skin care junkie! Agree, It is pricey
After much research and hand wringing (over the price) I pressed the purchase button on the TNS Essential Serum. After three weeks of twice daily application, I can actually see slight improvement in my "maturing" skin (54 yr). The overall appearance is smoother and tighter. As stated in another review, there is a distinctive smell that I am not entirely pleased with for the price. However, it does dissipate within an hour. It not stinky, but its not a pleasant smell either in my opinion. Bottom line, the results are encouraging after a short period of time. I will eagerly continue to watch for improvement.
